The Northern California Bluegrass Society is a longtime organizational member of the IBMA and welcomes this annual event. Many Californians will be in attendance.

Ballots have been sent to all registered California voters. Mailing in your ballot is the easiest way to vote, but Vote Centers are open in all California counties if you prefer to vote live and in person.

September Reminder: The Northern California Bluegrass Society will present the Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival on Thursday-Sunday, August 11-14, 2022, at the San Benito County Historical Park in Tres Pinos.

It appears that vaccine requirements are becoming standard at most bluegrass events. Due to the spread of the Delta Variant of the Covid 19 Virus, bluegrass fans are increasingly unwilling to attend bluegrass events where unvaccinated persons are also permitted to attend. On a forward-going basis, proof of vaccine status will be required to attend most events.
Covid 19 Vaccines are FREE and WIDELY AVAILABLE. The vaccine process requires one to two months to complete, so advance planning is advised if you are planning to attend any live, in-person bluegrass music events in the future.

The California Bluegrass Association Fall Campout will be held at the Lodi Grape Festival Fairgrounds in Lodi on October 11-17, 2021. Covid rules will apply and reservations are necessary.
