TheĀ Northern California Bluegrass Society welcomes theĀ 13th Annual Devil’s Canyon Brewing Company Holiday Hootenanny inĀ San Carlos onĀ Friday, December 15, 2017.

The event is presented by Devil’s Canyon and organized by Scott Dailey.

Five bluegrass bands will perform for the FREE late afternoon & evening gathering, which will offer fine craft beer and good food.

TheĀ Thursday Bluegrass Series at theĀ Summit House Beer Garden & Grill on Highway 17 has FREE bluegrassĀ every week.

On November 9, The Wildcat Mountain Ramblers will perform.

TheĀ 6:00-8:30pm performances are presented by theĀ The Summit House and welcomed by theĀ Northern California Bluegrass Society. The place has good food and drink.

Spring Walker Creek Music Camp NCBS Scholarship Funds Now Being Collected

The Spring Walker Creek Music Camp will be held at the Walker Creek Ranch near Petaluma April 12-15, 2018.

The Northern California Bluegrass Society Walker Creek Music Camp Scholarship Fund is now collecting donations for the camp to assist students who need financial help.

The next Brookdale gathering will be theĀ Spring 2018 Brookdale Bluegrass Festival to be held March 9-11 on theĀ Felton/Ben Lomond border at theĀ Mt. Cross Camp.

TheĀ festival will be presented byĀ Brookdale Bluegrass & welcomed by theĀ Northern California Bluegrass Society.

The FREE NCBS Bluegrass On Broadway Festival To Return In January 2018

The FREEĀ 2018Ā Bluegrass On Broadway Festival will be held the last weekend of January inĀ Redwood City.

The festival has been presented by theĀ Northern California Bluegrass Society each year since 2008.

Principal financial support for the festival comes from the Redwood City community, including theĀ Redwood City Civic Cultural Commission.
