The 11th annualĀ Bluegrass On Broadway Festival will be held January 26-28, 2018 inĀ Redwood City. The festival has been presented by theĀ Northern California Bluegrass Society each year sinceĀ 2008. Principal financial support for the festival comes from the Redwood City community, including theĀ Redwood City Civic Cultural Commission.

TheĀ Northern California Bluegrass Society welcomes theĀ 13th Annual Devilās Canyon Brewing Company Holiday Hootenanny inĀ San Carlos onĀ Friday, December 15, 2017. Doors will open atĀ 4:00pm.
This year, for the first time, the program will feature two stages.Ā Main Stage Bands will includeĀ The Brookdale Bluegrass Band, The Stoney Mountain Ramblers, Pathertic Honey String Band, & John Henryās Farm.Ā The Wildcat Mountain Ramblers will be among other acts to perform on theĀ Second Stage.
The FREE late afternoon & evening gathering will offer fine craft beer and good food. The event is presented byĀ Devilās Canyon and organized byĀ Scott Dailey.
This is the final weekend for the San Francisco run ofĀ Steve Martin & Edie Brickel’s Americana/Bluegrass musicalĀ Bright Star at theĀ Curran Theater inĀ San Francisco. The final show is on Sunday,Ā December 17.
