Joe Weed’s New Film About Bob Will’s Song Faded Love Now Online

NCBS Member Joe Weed (Los Gatos) contributed to the FREE online 6th Annual Festival of Texas Fiddling. His video presentation uncovers the roots of “Faded Love,” the classic country song by Bob Wills, showing the Wills family’s reliance on previously-existing folksongs when they created this tune. The introduction is by Cindy Cashdollar. This film takes viewers to both Bob Wills’ birthplace and the home where he lived on the west Texas plains where he began his career as a fiddler. Enjoy!
