The San Benito County Historical Park has (so far) escaped significant storm damage despite high water in the creek next to Highway 25 at the front of the park. The rain will continue for the next week. Clean-up at the park will take some time.
The park is the venue for the NCBS Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival, held each August.

The Devil’s Canyon Brewing Company in San Carlos has been damaged by flooding from the recent rains and is closed for repairs. The venue has been used each December for the past decade for the NCBS-welcomed Holiday Hootenanny show. The repairs are expected to take several months.
