13th Annual Holiday Hootenanny Coming Up On Friday December 13 In San Carlos

The 13th Annual Holiday Hootenany will be held at the Devil’s Canyon Brewing Company, 935 Washington Street, San Carlos. The seasonal gathering will be on Friday, December 13, 2019. Doors will open at 4:00pm.

There will be no Winter Brookdale Bluegrass Festival this year.

Holiday Hootenanny Line Up Is Set For December 13 At Devil’s Canyon Brewing Company In San Carlos

The Devil’s Canyon Brewing Company has announced the line up for the FREE Holiday Hootenanny on Friday, December 13, 2019. The program will be held at 935 Washington Street in San Carlos. NCBS welcomes this 13th annual event.

The Bands: Young and Up Too Late Band, John Henry’s Farm, Wildcat Mountain Ramblers, Brookdale Bluegrass Band, Stoney Mountain Ramblers, & Pathetic Honey String Band.

Spring Brookdale Bluegrass Festival Is Set For April 17-19, 2020 At The San Benito County Historical Park In Tres Pinos

The Spring 2020 Brookdale Bluegrass Festival is set for April 17-19 at the San Benito County Historical Park in Tres Pinos. The festivals have been staged by Brookdale Bluegrass since 1998. NCBS welcomes these events to our area.

Walker Creek Spring Music Camp Set For April 16-19, 2020 — NCBS Accepts Tax-Advantaged Donations To Assist Students

The Northern California Bluegrass Society is now collecting donations to assist deserving students attending the Spring Walker Creek Music Camp, set for April 16-19, 2020.

The NCBS Walker Creek Scholarship Fund Committee will make the scholarship awards. Send donations to: Northern California Bluegrass Society/Santa Cruz Bluegrass Society, PO Box 390846, Mountain View, CA 94039-0846.

California Bluegrass Bands To Perform At Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival August 6-9, 2020

California Bluegrass Bands will perform at the Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival, set for August 6-9, 2020 at the San Benito County Historical Park, 7 miles south of Hollister in Tres Pinos. The gathering is a benefit for the Northern California Bluegrass Society.

Band Applications are due on December 31, 2019.
