NCBS Welcomes SSU Concert On November 12 — Laurie Lewis & Men Of Note

The Northern California Bluegrass Society welcomes Laurie Lewis & Men Of Note for a performance at Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park on Saturday, November 12. Sonoma State has become a steady supporter of bluegrass and alt-bluegrass music in the North Bay, an area that needs more live bluegrass music.

The state-of-the-art Green Music Complex offers a variety of excellent indoor and outdoor venues for live music. This show will take place in the intimate Weill Hall Loft.

The eclectic Laurie Lewis & Men of Note includes Sam Reider (accordion), Mark Schatz (bass), and Brandon Godman (fiddle), with the iconic Laurie Lewis on guitar. The show will begin at 7:30pm.

Tuesday November 8 Is An Important Election Day In California — Bluegrass Folks Should Just Do It!

Bluegrass folks in California should make their voice heard in a very important election on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.

Ballots have been sent to all registered California voters. Mailing in your ballot (postmarked by election day) is the easiest way to vote, but multiple Vote Centers will be open in all California counties from 7:00am To 8:00pm if you prefer to vote live and in person.

Just do it!
