The Northern California Bluegrass Society welcomes the Snazzy Productions concert presenting the NCBS GOF favorite Water Tower. The show will be held on September 26 at the Kuumbwa Jazz Center in Santa Cruz. The band is led by Kenny Feinstein, who founded the band back in 2015, then in Portland, OR. The band now comes to us from Los Angeles.
