Two Week Reminder: The deadline for Applications for the International Bluegrass Music Association’s 2025 Leadership Bluegrass Class is November 18, 2024. The 2025 class will be held March 10-12 in Nashville.

The Northern California Bluegrass Society is a longtime organizational member of the IBMA. NCBS Members are encouraged to apply.

It provides a central reporting location for the recovery of stolen or lost bluegrass instruments. This service is for both theft victims and used instrument buyers. The FREE page is searchable, and links can be added to connect additional information about the instrument. Please post again when the instrument is recovered.

Bluegrass Folks Can Enjoy Voting Early This Weekend

All California Vote Centers will be open this weekend leading up to the big election on Tuesday November 5. Bluegrass Folks can enjoy voting early and avoid the lines on Election Day.

The vote centers located throughout each county will be open Saturday, November 2 through Monday, November 4 from 9:00am to 5:00pm. On election day proper, the hours will be 7:00am to 8:00pm.
