NCBS Walker Creek Music Camp Scholarship Fund Announces Spring 2018 Awards

The NCBS Walker Creek Music Camp Scholarship Fund awarded tuition assistance to help some young Northern California musicians to attend this weekend’s spring camp near Petaluma.

The scholarships will assist three fiddlers, ages 9, 12 & 12,  to attend the camp, as well as one young adult. These students would not have been able to be at the camp without the fund’s help.

In addition, a separate gift was received to expand faculty support.

Thanks to the generous donors and to the NCBS scholarship committee. The fund will soon begin collecting donations to help deserving students who want to attend the upcoming fall camp. Thanks for your support of music education!
