The FREE NCBS Bluegrass On Broadway Festival Is Set For Redwood City In January 2020

The Northern California Bluegrass Society will present the 13th Annual Bluegrass On Broadway Festival in Redwood City, made possible by a grant from the Redwood City Arts Commission.

The FREE event will run January 24-25, 2020 in various venues throughout the city. The Northern California Bluegrass Awards Show will be held on Saturday, January 25 at the historic Veteran’s Memorial Senior Center Theatre.

Donate To The NCBS Walker Creek Music Camp Scholarship Fund As Part Of Your Year-End Giving

The Northern California Bluegrass Society is now collecting donations for the NCBS Walker Creek Music Camp Scholarship Fund for the camp’s spring session, set for April 16-19, 2020. The NCBS Walker Creek Scholarship Fund Committee awards scholarships twice each year to assist deserving students.

The Northern California Bluegrass Society accepts donations to support Local Bluegrass Music in the San Francisco Bay Area, the Monterey Bay Area, and all of Northern California.

The FREE 2019 Holiday Hootenany will be presented by the Devil’s Canyon Brewing Company on Friday, December 13. Here is All You Need To Know To Go:

The event will be held at the DCBC, 935 Washington Street, San Carlos.

Doors will open at 4:00pm and music begins at 5:00pm with excellent craft beer, root beer, and plenty of tasty food truck offerings from Off The Grid available.

2020 Dates Set For Spring Brookdale & NCBS Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festivals

The Spring Brookdale Bluegrass Festival has been set for April 17-19, 2020 in the Dance Hall and Saloon at the San Benito County Historical Park in Tres Pinos. The popular indoor festival is presented by Brookdale Bluegrass and welcomed by the Northern California Bluegrass Society.

The 27th Annual Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival has been set for August 6-9, 2020, and held throughout the San Benito County Historical Park. The fun, relaxed gathering is a benefit for the Northern California Bluegrass Society.
