The Berkeley Bluegrass Festival, presented by the Freight & Salvage Coffeehouse in Berkeley, has new dates for 2020. The event will run April 2-5 (it was previously a May festival). The East Bay’s only bluegrass festival is welcomed by the Northern California Bluegrass Society.
The 27th Annual Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival, a benefit for the Northern California Bluegrass Society, will be held August 6-9, 2020 at the San Benito County Historical Park in Tres Pinos (7 miles south of Hollister).
The FREE 13th Annual Bluegrass On Broadway FestivalĀ inĀ Redwood City, made possible by a grant from theĀ Redwood City Arts Commission, is presented by the Northern California Bluegrass Society. The festival will be held January 24-25, 2020 in various venues throughout the city.
TheĀ Northern California Bluegrass SocietyĀ is now collecting donations for theĀ NCBS Walker Creek Music Camp Scholarship Fund for the campās spring session. Ā NCBS/SCBSĀ is aĀ Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) Organization.
The NCBS Walker Creek Scholarship Fund CommitteeĀ awards scholarships twice each year to assist deserving students.
