Brookdale Bluegrass has announced that the April 17-19, 2020 Brookdale Bluegrass & American Roots Festival will not be held due to the Coronavirus public health threat. The event, held since 1998 and welcomed by the Northern California Bluegrass Society, will return at a future time.

NCBS To Welcome The 2020 Riverdance Farms Pick & Gather Festival In Livingston
The Northern California Bluegrass Society will welcome the 2020 Pick & Gather Festival presented by Riverdance Farms, LivingstonĀ that will take place in late May or early June.
The relaxed farm, river and music gathering will feature bluegrass (and other) music, camping, information about farm-to-table food, water quality, organic farming, fruit-picking, swimming in the Merced River and other rural activities.

TheĀ Northern California Bluegrass SocietyĀ is now collecting donations for theĀ NCBS Walker Creek Music Camp Scholarship Fund.Ā NCBS/SCBSĀ is aĀ Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) Organization.Ā The NCBS Walker Creek Scholarship Fund Committee awards scholarships twice each year to assist deserving students. The next round of scholarships will benefit attendees at the April 16-19, 2020 spring session.
