18-21 — California Bluegrass Association Father’s Day Bluegrass Festival, Nevada County Fairgrounds, Grass Valley. As scheduled.

25-28 — Kate Wolf Music Festival, Black Oak Ranch, Laytonville. As scheduled.

3 — NCBS/SCBS Presents The Santa Cruz Bluegrass Fair, Duck Pond Stage, San Lorenzo Park, Santa Cruz. Postponed or Cancelled.

16 — NCBS Presents The Johnson Farm Picking Party, Johnson Farm, Boulder Creek. Postponed or Cancelled.

30-31 — Pick & Gather Festival, Riverdance Farms, Livingston. (NCBS welcomed). Under review.

AUGUST

6-9 — NCBS Presents The Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival, San Benito County Historical Park, Tres Pinos. As scheduled, pending final decision in early June.

The Freight & Salvage has announced that, due to the threat of the Coronavirus, the April 2-5, 2020 Berkeley Bluegrass Festival has been Cancelled.

Camp Director Ingrid Noyes has announced that, due to the threat of the Coronavirus, the April 16-19 Walker Creek Music Camp has been Cancelled.

Both of these events were welcomed to our area by the Northern California Bluegrass Society.

The Northern California Bluegrass Society has announced that, due to the threat of the Coronavirus, the May 16, 2020 Johnson Farm Picking Party will not take place on that date. The event may be cancelled or it may be rescheduled for a later date.

The Northern California Bluegrass Society will present the revival of the beloved  Johnson Farm Picking Party near its original location north of Boulder Creek. The FREE event will return on Saturday, May 16, 2020.
