New Santa Cruz County Coronavirus Rules End Two Of Three Live Bluegrass Venues

New Coronavirus Rules (Purple Level) just put into effect in Santa Cruz County have ended live bluegrass shows for now at two venues — Michael’s On Main & The Felton Music Hall. The new rules that prohibit INDOOR concerts are intended to curb a seriously-rising level of cases in the Monterey Bay Area. Personal discretion should be exercised when considering attendance at any live music performance.

For now, only one bluegrass venue remains in operation — the OUTDOOR Thursday Bluegrass Series presented by the Summit House Beer Garden & Grill at the top of Highway 17 in the Santa Cruz Mountains. AJ Lee and Blue Summit will perform there in a FREE program at 6:00pm on November 19. Warm Clothing will be needed. to enjoy this show. Strict Covid 19 rules will be in effect. Reservations are strongly recommended.
