Strawberry Spring Music Festival Postponed To Memorial Day Weekend In 2022

The Strawberry Music Festival will not be held on Memorial Day Weekend this May. Due to the Coronavirus Crisis, it has been postponed until 2022. This festival was originally postposted from May 2020. Tickets will be honored in 2022 and beyond. Other area 2021 festivals have also announced cancellations and postponements. Updates will be available on this website.

The Summit House Has Live Bluegrass Outdoors On Saturday Afternoons And Needs Support

Now may be the time for you to begin enjoying live bluegrass music once again. One local venue is currently open and presenting our music Every Saturday (and is in need of our support). If you now feel comfortable leaving your home, consider checking out The Summit House.

Purple Mountain Majesty returns to theĀ NCBS-Welcomed Bluegrass SeriesĀ at theĀ Summit HouseĀ high atopĀ Highway 17Ā in theĀ Santa Cruz Mountains this SATURDAY AFTERNOON. The FREE show presented by the Summit House Beer Garden & GrillĀ will runĀ 2:00-4:00pmĀ onĀ February 27.

With the Coronavirus restrictions now loosened by the state, the series is planned for every Saturday afternoon until further notice.Ā This show with limited seating is atĀ 23123 Santa Cruz Highway, 6 miles south ofĀ Los GatosĀ on Highway 17. The Summit House will offer food and drinks. Be sure to dress warmly for thisĀ afternoon outdoor event.

Reservations are recommendedĀ andĀ Strict Coronavirus Rules will be enforced.

Archived 2020 NCBS Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival Is Online

TheĀ 27th Annual Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival Online was presented by the Northern California Bluegrass Society on August 8, 2020. The line-up:

AJ Lee & Blue Summit

Mike Fisher & Joanne Tanner.

The virtual show replaced the in-person festival normally held at the San Benito County Historical Park in Tres Pinos.Ā
