NCBS/SCBS Will Present The Santa Cruz Bluegrass Fair For 2021 At The Summit House
The Northern California Bluegrass Society/Santa Cruz Bluegrass Society will present the 2021 Santa Cruz Bluegrass Fair at The Summit House Beer Garden & Grill on four Saturdays, April 17 & 24 and May 1 & 8.
The usual location at the Duck Pond Stage in San Lorenzo Park is not available this year.
Three bands will perform in a no admission show each Saturday afternoon Noon-4:00pm. in an outdoor restaurant setting with beautiful mountain views. The Summit House will offer food and drinks.
The Summit House is a regular bluegrass venue atop Highway 17Ā in theĀ Santa Cruz Mountains atĀ 23123 Santa Cruz Highway,Ā 6 miles south of Los Gatos. Be sure to dress warmly for theseĀ afternoon outdoor events.Ā ReservationsĀ are recommendedĀ andĀ Strict Coronavirus RulesĀ will be enforced.

Online Lessons Are Available By Northern California Bluegrass Musicians
Northern California Bluegrass Musicians who have signed up to be listed in the NCBS Directory are available to give Online Lessons during the panedemic.
Interested students can check the directory and arrange lessons with their favorite musicians (the price is between teacher and student).Ā The convenient Directory is listed under Resources in the index on the left side of this website.Ā This is a way for bluegrass students & fans to support area musicians during the Coronavirus Pandemic.Ā

TheĀ August 12-15, 2021 NCBS Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass FestivalĀ inĀ Tres PinosĀ has beenĀ cancelledĀ due to the ongoing Coronavirus Crisis. The festival will return inĀ 2022.
