NCBS-Welcomed Plumas Americana Festival Is Set For This Weekend
The Northern California Bluegrass Society welcomes the Plumas Homegrown Americana Festival, set for Labor Day Weekend, September 3-4, 2022 in Quincy. The event will be held at the Plumas County Fairgrounds in Quincy.
Bands include NCBS favorites Keith Little With Trisdan Clarridge, The Bowties, The Wildcat Mountain Ramblers, Sweet Sally (half of Birches Bend), and others. A square dance gathering will also be held during the festival.
Redwood City Summer Bluegrass Concert Series To Conclude September 10 With The Stragglyrs
The Northern California Bluegrass Society-welcomed monthly bluegrass concert series Pub In The Park will conclude with the The Stragglyrs on Saturday, September 10 at Red Morton Park in Redwood City. The FREE program will run 11:00am-4:00pm with the band playing on an outdoor stage. Food and beer will be available, or you can bring your own picnic.
The all-bluegrass series is presented by Redwood City Parks, Recreation & Community Services.
