NCBS Musicians Offering Online Lessons Are Listed In The Directory On This Website

Northern California Bluegrass Musicians are listed in the NCBS Directory to give Online Lessons. This is a great way for students to support their favorite musicians during the Coronavirus Crisis. The directory is a FREE service of the Northern California Bluegrass Society.

Interested students can check the directory and arrange ONLINE LESSONS with their favorite musicians (the price is between teacher and student). The Directory is listed under Resources in the index on the left side of this website. Musicians can sign up to offer lessons at <webmaster@ncbs.us>.

Bluegrass People Can Vote Now And Avoid The Crowds In The November 3 Election

We think that our Bluegrass People deserve to be heard in the important 2020 Election that is officially on Tuesday, November 3, but is actually going on right now. Don’t wait to vote the ballot you received in the mail.

If you prefer to vote in person, you don’t have to wait until “Election Day.” Most Northern California voters can avoid crowds by visiting any Vote Center in their county the weekend before, and have a much safer and faster in-person voting opportunity. You can get all the information you need by checking your voter status online. It’s the bluegrass way — vote!

Local Music Is Currently On The NCBS Good Old Fashioned Festival Facebook Page

The NCBS Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival’s popular Facebook Group Page is hosting great local music these days. NCBS had to cancel the August 2020 GOF Festival, but Local Bluegrass Musicians are invited to post their music on the Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival Facebook Group Page.

For more information about the page, contact GOF Festival Director Bruce Bellochio <Bbellochio@gmail.com>.

Bluegrass Folks Should Make Their Vote Count In The November 3 Election That Is Already Happening

All Bluegrass Folks deserve to be heard in the important 2020 Election that is officially on Tuesday, November 3, but is actually going on right now. Please don’t wait to vote the ballot you received in the mail.

Voting early is important this year, so mail or drop off your ballot for counting just as soon as you are ready. Once you have returned your ballot, you can track its receipt and acceptance online.
