Ten Day Reminder: Bands wanting to play on the Main Stage at the August 11-14, 2022 Northern California Bluegrass Society Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival need to Apply by December 31, 2021. Proof of Vaccination will be required at this festival.

TODAY 3:00-5:00pm, Ray Edlund will host the last “Pig In A Pen” radio program on KPFA Radio (Berkeley) at 94.1FM in Northern California (and other local channels in Santa Cruz and Fresno), and online at <www.kpfa.org>.

Purple Mountain Majesty Is Live At The Summit House On Thursday December 16
The Northern California Bluegrass Society-welcomed Thursday Bluegrass Series continues at the Summit House Beer Garden & Grill at the top of Highway 17, 6 miles south of Los Gatos on the way to Santa Cruz.
Music runs 6:00-8:30pm. Good food and drink is served and admission is FREE.

Now Is The Time To Get Vaccine Status Updated For The 2022 Bluegrass Festival Season
Now is the time to get ready for the return of live bluegrass music in the next festival season. Beginning In 2022, Proof Of Vaccination for the Covid 19 Virus will be needed in order to attend Northern California Bluegrass Society events.
This requirement will also be in effect for all or almost all bluegrass events in Northern California next year. The required vaccines are FREE and WIDELY AVAILABLE.

All You Need To Know To Go To The December 10 Holiday Hootenanny In San Carlos
The FREE 2021 Holiday Hootenanny will be presented by the Devil’s Canyon Brewing Company on Friday, December 10. Here is All You Need To Know To Go:
The 16th annual event will be held at the DCBC, 935 Washington Street, San Carlos.
Bluegrass music begins at 5:00pm with excellent craft beer, root beer, and plenty of tasty food truck offerings available from Off The Grid.
