NCBS Musicians Perform For Bluegrass Musical In Ben Lomond

The Robber Bridegroom, a bluegrass musical at Park Hall in Ben Lomond continues with shows on Friday and Saturday evenings and on Sunday afternoon. The show runs weekends through October 23, 2022.

IBMA Award Winners Announced — Former NCBS Member Molly Tuttle Named Female Vocalist Of The Year

Molly Tuttle of Nashville, formerly of Palo Alto, and a former member of the Northern California Bluegrass Society, was named Female Vocalist Of The Year at the 2022 IBMA Bluegrass Music Awards in Raleigh, NC. Here is the full list of winners:

The Robber Bridegroom, a bluegrass musical at Park Hall in Ben Lomond continues with shows on Friday and Saturday evenings and on Sunday afternoon. The show runs weekends through October 23, 2022. Final Show At The Summit House On Highway 17 Is Thursday September 29

The Summit House Beer Garden & Grill, a strong bluegrass venue for the past 8 years and host of the NCBS/SCBS Santa Cruz Bluegrass Fair during the pandemic, will sadly close on September 30, 2022. On Thursday, September 29 the Wildcat Mountain Ramblers, The Goat Hill Girls, and Purple Mountain Majesty will perform together and separately for a final time at the top of Highway 17 in a goodbye show for the popular venue. The outdoor performance will run 6:00-8:30pm. Food and drink will be served.
