NCBS welcomes the Brookdale Bluegrass Festival, coming March 24-26, 2023 and presented by the Brookdale Lodge and Brookdale Bluegrass. There are still some rooms available at the Lodge.

The Northern California Bluegrass Society welcomes the 2023 Brookdale Bluegrass Festival presented by Brookdale Bluegrass & The Brookdale Lodge MarchĀ 24-26 at the Brookdale Lodge in Brookdale.
TheĀ NCBS Walker Creek Music Camp Scholarship Fund has awarded tuition assistance to help some young Northern California musicians attend the spring camp near Petaluma.
The scholarships will assist two young adults and one 10-year-old attend camp. These students would not have been able to be at the camp without the fundās help.
Thanks to theĀ Generous DonorsĀ and to theĀ NCBS Walker Creek Music Camp Scholarship Committee. The fund will soon begin collecting donations to help deserving students who want to attend the upcoming fall camp. Thanks for your support of local bluegrass music education!

There are some openings left in the class for the April 13-16, 2023 Walker Creek Music Camp. Registration is now open. Ingrid Noyes runs the campĀ each spring and fall at theĀ Walker Creek Ranch, Petaluma.Ā
TheĀ Northern California Bluegrass SocietyĀ is now collecting donations for theĀ NCBS Walker Creek Music Camp Scholarship Fund.Ā NCBS/SCBSĀ is anĀ Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) Organization.Ā The NCBS Walker Creek Scholarship Fund CommitteeĀ awards scholarships twice each year to assist deserving students.Ā The next round of scholarships will benefit attendees at theĀ 2023Ā spring session.

NCBS’ own AJ Lee & Blue Summit has been named one of the top acts to perform at Bluegrass Live! — the huge concert that concludes the International Bluegrass Music Association’s World Of Bluegrass Convention, set for September 26-30, 2023 at the Raleigh Convention Center in Raleigh, NC.
Bandleader AJ Lee of Santa Cruz is a member of the Northern California Bluegrass Society Board Of Directors. NCBS is a longtime organizational member of the IBMA.
