Brookdale Bluegrass (Eric & Barbra Burman, Bruce Bellochio) will present the Brookdale Spring Bluegrass Festival indoors at the San Benito County Historical Park in Tres Pinos this weekend, March 9-11.
The event is welcomed by the Northern California Bluegrass Society.
The Spring Brookdale Bluegrass Festivalwill be held for the first time at the San Benito County Historical Park in Tres Pinos on March 9-11. This venue is already familiar to area bluegrass fans as the home of the NCBS Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival, set for August 9-12, 2018.
The Brookdale festival is presented by Brookdale Bluegrass and welcomed by the Northern California Bluegrass Society. Shows will be held indoors, but the Saturday afternoon performance will be outdoors if weather permits. Camping is available for both tents and RVs.
Brookdale Bluegrass has announced the performance schedule for the Spring 2018 Brookdale Bluegrass Festival, set for March 9-11 at the San Benito County Historical Park in Tres Pinos (Note new location). All Brookdale festivals since 1998 have been welcomed by the Northern California Bluegrass Society.

At the March 9-11, 2018 Brookdale Bluegrass Festival and at the August 9-12, 2018 Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival, the bluegrass music will come with some historical fun.
Both gatherings will be held at the San Benito County Historical Park in Tres Pinos (7 miles south of Hollister).
Our hosts are the members of the San Benito County Historical Society. Over a half-century, these folks have collected and rebuilt original buildings from around the county to create a circa-1880s village — the perfect complement to our handmade music.
The village will be open for fans to enjoy throughout both festivals. Enjoy!

The historic park venue will once again host the NCBS Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival (August 9-12), so bluegrass fans will enjoy a visit to lovely Tres Pinos twice in 2018.
The long-running Brookdale event, presented by Brookdale Bluegrass, was previously set for the Mount Cross Camp in Ben Lomond.
