Donations for deserving students are now being accepted for the Northern California Bluegrass Society Walker Creek Music Camp Scholarship Fund.
The next Walker Creek Music Camp is set for November 1-4, 2019.
The NCBS is a Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) Organization that manages the scholarship fund and makes the awards. The camp is run each spring and fall by Ingrid Noyes at the Walker Creek Ranch, Petaluma.

The NCBS Accepts Donations To Support Its Non-Profit Bluegrass Goals
The Northern California Bluegrass Society, a California Not-For-Profit Corporation founded in 1982 (also known as the Santa Cruz Bluegrass Society), accepts donations, which may be tax deductible.
The donations support the Society’s goals of bringing more bluegrass music and expanded education to the San Francisco Bay Area, the Monterey Bay Area, and all of Northern California.

The Annual Election for the Northern California Bluegrass Society Board Of Directors will be held at the Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival at the San Benito County Historical Park in Tres Pinos on Saturday, August 10, 2019, 10:00am-5:00pm, and by mail.
Candidate Statements are due to Michael Hall by June 30, 2019, for publication in the July issue of Bluegrass By The Bay and on the NCBS Website. Statements are limited to 100 words.
