The NCBS GOF Bluegrass Festival Is Coming To Tres Pinos August 10-13 & Discount Tickets Are Available

The Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival will be heldĀ August 10-13, 2017 at theĀ San Benito County Historical Park next to Bolado Park inĀ Tres Pinos (7 miles south of Hollister).

The deadline forĀ Discount Advance Online & Mail-In Tickets is July 22.

The festival is a benefit for the Northern California Bluegrass Society and a friendly, fun gathering — and is the place to meet everyone in the area bluegrass community!

You can also be aĀ Volunteer at the 24th annual event, get in free, and make even more new friends!

The Northern California Bluegrass Society will present the 24th annual gathering of musicians & their fans at the San Benito County Historical Park inĀ Tres Pinos.

TheĀ Northern California Bluegrass Society welcomes this presentation by the Summit House.

This time of year is the best opportunity to see the beautiful views of theĀ Santa Cruz MountainsĀ during the FREE 6:00-8:30pm program. TheĀ Summit House is on Highway 17 six miles south ofĀ Los Gatos.

The bluegrass float is almost done for the SF Pride Parade!

TheĀ Northern California Bluegrass Society will welcome theĀ California Bluegrass Association Bluegrass Pride Float in the San Francisco LGBTQ Pride Parade onĀ Sunday, June 25 inĀ San Francisco.

Three bluegrass bands led byĀ Laurie Lewis,Ā Suzy Thompson, andĀ AJ Lee & Dana Frankel will perform on the CBA parade float itself and aĀ Marching Unit Open To Bluegrass Fans of any sexual orientation will follow.

The parade entry will encourage everyone to enjoy bluegrass music in Northern California and everyone is also invited to the afterparty and open bluegrass jam that will follow the parade. Bring your instrument and join in!

Sierra Hull will perform at the Sonoma State University Bluegrass Festival at the Green Music Center on theĀ Rohnert Park campus onĀ Sunday afternoon, July 9.

The line-up for the third annual festival also includes theĀ Del & Dawg Bluegrass Band and the Mark O’Connor Family Band.
