NCBS Welcomes Phoebe Hunt To The 4th Annual SSU Bluegrass & Craft Beer Festival In Rohnert Park On July 15
The 4th AnnualĀ Bluegrass & Craft Beer Festival at theĀ Green Music Center, Sonoma State University will present Phoebe Hunt & The Gatherers inĀ Rohnert Park onĀ Sunday July 15, 2018.
The bluegrass music program will take place on campus at the beautiful indoor-outdoor venue Weill Hall & Lawn. Seating is available both in the symphony hall and on the lawn beyond the open rear wall.
Also performing: Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder and Laurie Lewis & The Right Hands.

25th Annual Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival To Present Jubilee With National Champion Teo Quale On August 9-12
The 25th Annual NCBS Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival will present Jubilee (Alameda),Ā at theĀ San Benito County Historical Park inĀ Tres Pinos.
The August 9-12, 2018 event is a benefit for theĀ Northern California Bluegrass Society.
Jubilee’s Teo Quale just won the National Fiddle Championship in his age group at the contest in Weiser, ID.

Five Week Reminder: TheĀ deadline is Sunday, July 22, 2018 to purchaseĀ Discount Advance Tickets to theĀ 25th Annual Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival.
The fun gathering will benefit the year-round work of theĀ Northern California Bluegrass Society in promoting bluegrass in the San Francisco Bay Area, the Monterey Bay Area, and all of Northern California. The event will be heldĀ August 9-12 at theĀ San Benito County Historical Park inĀ Tres Pinos (7 miles south ofĀ Hollister).

The Annual Election for theĀ Northern California Bluegrass Society Board Of Directors will be held at theĀ Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival at theĀ San Benito County Historical Park (next toĀ Bolado Park) inĀ Tres Pinos onĀ Saturday, August 11, 2018, 10:00am-5:00pm, and by mail.
Candidate Statements are due to Michael Hall byĀ June 30, 2018, for publication in the JulyĀ issue of Bluegrass By The Bay and on the NCBS Website. Statements are limited to 100 words.
