The relaxed gathering of California bluegrass musicians and their fans will benefit the good works of the Northern California Bluegrass Society throughout the year.
The lovely new home of the GOF festival is the San Benito County Historical Park in Tres Pinos (7 miles south of Hollister).

5 — NCBS/SCBS presents the Santa Cruz Bluegrass Fair, Duck Pond Stage, San Lorenzo Park, Santa Cruz, FREE.
16-19 — Berkeley Bluegrass Festival, Freight & Salvage, Berkeley. (NCBS-welcomed)
JUNE
1-2 — Pick & Gather Festival, Riverdance Farm, Livingston. (NCBS-welcomed)
The Northern California Bluegrass Society-welcomed Summit House Thursday Bluegrass Series will continue on March 14 with the Wildcat Mountain Ramblers. The FREE music programs will run 6:00-8:30pm. Good food and drink will be served while the band performs.
Coming March 21: Blue Summit. The weekly series is presented by the Summit House Beer Garden & Grill at the top of Highway 17 high in the Santa Cruz Mountains (6 miles south of Los Gatos). Thanks for your support!
The California Bluegrass Association has created a fund to help musicians who are wildfire victims and need assistance to replace lost bluegrass instruments. The Northern California Bluegrass Society encourages your donation to the fund.
The Santa Cruz Bluegrass Fair will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2019, Noon-6:00pm.
Northern California Bluegrass Society/Santa Cruz Bluegrass Society will present this FREE Rite Of Spring at the Duck Pond Stage in San Lorenzo Park, near the courthouse in Santa Cruz.
BanjerDan Mazer is set for the Spring 2019 Brookdale Bluegrass Festival, to be held April 19-21, 2019 at the San Benito County Historical Park in Tres Pinos (on Easter Weekend). The festival is presented by Brookdale Bluegrass and has been welcomed by the Northern California Bluegrass Society since the first event was held in 1998.
The Northern California Bluegrass Society Walker Creek Music Camp Scholarship Fund assists students who need financial help in order to attend the Walker Creek Spring 2019 Music Camp.
The Society is now collecting donations to fund the scholarships. NCBS is a Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) Organization that manages the fund and makes the awards.
The camp will be run by Ingrid Noyes at the Walker Creek Ranch near Petaluma the weekend of April 11-14.

Peter Rowan will perform at the Spring 2019 Brookdale Bluegrass Festival, set for the San Benito County Historical Park in Tres Pinos on Easter Weekend, April 19-21. The event location is 7 miles south of Hollister.
The festival is presented by Brookdale Bluegrass and welcomed by the Northern California Bluegrass Society.
