The NCBS welcomes the International Bluegrass Music Association World Of Bluegrass which will be held in person September 28-October 2, 2021 at the Raleigh Convention Center & Red Hat Amphitheater, Raleigh, NC. Vaccine requirements will be in effect. Many Californians will be in attendance.
