NCBS does not run the Brookdale Bluegrass Festival, although it supports this event and welcomes it! Eric Burman is the festival owner. He will announce ticket prices soon. The festival has recently changed locations from the Brookdale Lodge to the San Benito County Historical Park and arrangements (and the budget) are still being finalized.
