Molly Tuttle will headline this Saturday evening at the Third Annual Berkeley Bluegrass Festival, presented by the Freight & Salvage in Berkeley. Meanwhile, Darol Anger will do the honors for Sunday evening’s closing show. The festival enjoyed a successful kickoff on Friday with Laurie Lewis as the evening’s headliner.
Here is the weekend line-up:
SATURDAY EVENING, May 19 — Molly Tuttle Band, Phantoms of the High Country, Jeff Scroggins and Colorado (plus Bluegrass Pride).
SUNDAY EVENING, May 20 — Darol Anger’s Blur-Grass All-Stars, The Get Down Boys, The Page Turners with Bill Evans and Max Schwartz (plus North Country Blue).
The East Bay’s only currently active bluegrass festival is welcomed by the Northern California Bluegrass Society.
